To assist we have included some general FAQ’s and of course we are happy to answer individual points.
- Are these products mass produced?
- No, the products are produced individually or by a small run only, depending on the product. Each item is originated from our originals and we handle all the production processes either ourselves or with specialist partners.
- Is shipping delivery included in the displayed price?
- We have a clear policy of offering free delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £50. The nature of our products requires care in the delivery process so we chose our delivery partners carefully.
- Do you supply and ship outside of the UK mainland?
- We do but we ask that you contact us via our contact mail. This will allow us to explain specifics on an individual basis. Please note we only accept transactions in GBP.
- Do you supply products in different forms to those on the website?
- We do supply against ‘personal requirements’ these are by agreement with the customer directly as the requirements vary. As an example, we can provide prints on different materials and in different sizes or with bespoke frames. The cost would be on an individual basis.
- What if my product arrives damaged?
- We ask you follow our returns policy as we do want you our customer to be satisfied. We therefore have created a policy that we believe is fair and workable that does not affect your statutory rights.
- What if I change my mind?
- We have considered this in our returns policy and would draw your attention to exclusions particularly related to ‘personalised’ products.
- Do you offer a guarantee?
- Yes, we do. We want you to have peace of mind that if the product does not meet its published specification and has been used in accordance with our guidance we will replace within six months of purchase.
