Commissions – Cow Hand Painted Glass Vase

Special commission Highland Cow large vase – hand painted by Angela Blackman

This customer saw my vases and particularly liked the animal subjects. She expressed an interest in Highland Cattle. This turned into a commission as I was asked to paint a large vase depicting a Highland cow. I agreed the size of the vase to use and gave her dimensions.

I used a selection of my own reference material to come up with this composition and sent ‘work in progress’ images as the design evolved.

I received great customer feedback following delivery on the vase.
